The purpose of the association is
- increasing Parkano’s attactiveness, increasing awareness of tourism, improving and increasing leisure, tourism and general comfort
- to contribute to the general conditions of tourism in the region
- to increase collaboration among entrepreneurs in the tourism and service sector, to increase networks
- to supervise the general and common interests of those members acting in the tourism sector; plans, maintains and develops non-profit activities
To achieve the purpose of the association
- organise meetings, information and awareness raising activities
- arrange fair, exhibition and training events and excursions
- inform about activities and services of its members, local industries and events
- organise activities and events and to support events organised by other authorities
- collaborate with other tourism organisations
- give statements on subjects related to its sector
- manage and implement projects that advance tourism
- pursue other activities of a similar purpose
